Easy to change
They are pretty easy to change once you put the holes together/ inside the filter. I think it took me around 10 minutes to do it but for some people, it will take about three minutes because I couldn’t get the holes together right with the filter at first until I got the hang of it.

Worked
Our water is really bad. It clogs up a reverse osmosis in no time. The frustrating thing is that these will only last a few months before needing to be replaced. But they work.

Defective filters
Worked fine for a year until it was time to replace the filters. So many issues from leaks to unpleasant taste of water. We contacted Customer Services on several occasions and they are taking their time replacing the defective filters. It has been over a month. Just frustrating!

O-Ring Failure
From the first 4 filters inserted, two had O-Ring problems. I was able to salvage O-Rings from previous filters. Next round I am going to try some food grade silicone grease. Note: Vaseline is not recommended as it may degrade the O-Ring itself.
