This has been such a lifesaver to my high stress job. I take it in the morning and it last for the 8hrs it states.I am definitely seeing the value of buying and the cost would be the same as buying the supplements separately

I bought these to see if they’d help me with the “winter blues” this past winter.I also did a lot of other things to help, but do feel this product did help me and was a good herbal option! I’ll likely use it again later this year.

I have ADHD and anxiety. It’s a lovely combination.Today’s the first day taking it so time will tell but it started with a subtle happy energy effect that blunted several days of anxiety powered chest pain. Then a chill feeling came after. Not sleepy chill, just relaxed. Have a bit of head pressure but that could be anything. Mentally I know the anxiety is there I simply don’t feel it physically with this supplement.I’ll probably take this in the evening as I don’t yet know what it will do with adderall. Although I’ve heard L Theanine is a good supplement to take with my medication I’ll still wait to talk with my doc.The mg doses in here seem to be low and safe as what I’ve experienced with Ritual in the past.They’re less of a ‘highest concentration of’ brand and more of a ‘just what you need and nothing more’ brand. I like this as it’s a safer approach for the consumer and rare in the supplement industry.

My only problem with this product is the price 😫 but I’ve tried cheaper supplements with similar active ingredients and they don’t work nearly as well. I thought the “bio-series” concept was a gimmick but I stand corrected. I reluctantly swear by this supplement, if you’re having trouble regulating cortisol levels and stress related health issues through more traditional avenues there is no equivalent. bite the bullet and spend the money, it really makes a difference long term.

I ordered this direct from the ritual store the first time. LOVED IT. Would have given it 5 stars. But then......I go to reorder. It takes me to Wholefoods via third party through Amazon. By the time you go to check out , just for the stress relief, an additional $20-$30 is added in delivery fees and services. I already pay as a PRIME member and if I wanted to go to any store , it's definitely not relieving stress. As someone with PTSD , this worked great, but unfortunately I'm now skeptical due to trust issues. Thank you Ritual brand for the 30 days of less stress.

I really can’t tell if this works or not… I’m a supplement girly at heart and know the benefits of taking supplements long term to see the benefits but I have now been taking this for 6 months and don’t notice much of a difference in my daily function, response to stress or energy level. I also think the price tag on this is quite high and I don’t think it’s worth it unfortunately. Honestly, the coolest thing about these is the appearance of the pill itself 😅 but I think it’s all smoke and mirrors at this point… I really wanted this to work but just don’t know if I can justify the price for how well I feel this works. However, I do think ritual makes quality products and I like some of their other products.
