As effective as any fish oil based products for vegetarian
Product is very good. I am using it for some time and it is really effective particularly as Vegan product.

The product is good. It has reduced my inflamation. There is room for improvement the quantity of DHA and EPA should be increased for more benefits. The taste and smell is good. No fishy burps.
