I’ve suffered from iron deficiency for a long time. I’ve tried every supplement out there, from liquid iron to iron pills, but they all gave me bad stomach cramps. It sounds like a lot of fuss, but it ensures the iron is absorbed fully. Before I started taking this, I had dents in my thumbnails, caused by iron deficiency. which have now grown out completely. My hair is better too.
