The All in One Medical Record: The Doctor-Designed Medical Logbook That Could Save Your Life!

I wish I had found a book like this a long time ago. I am so happy with it. It is the perfect place to store all of your medical information. It's also not too big so I was able to easily fit it into my small purse and bring it to my medical appointment. I have put all of my medical information into this book and I am no longer worried about forgetting something when I see a doctor, or the name of a specialist I saw years ago and need to see again. I don't usually leave reviews but I love this logbook so much I felt I should!

I got this book for my mom with numerous health issues and it really put me at ease being able to keep track of her medications and appointments with all the changes that happen. Her doctors are always so appreciative when she comes to hospital with the book and I feel like it eliminates so much confusion in the hospital. Can’t recommend this enough for people who have multiple health issues!!!!
