Training tool upgrade
The longer rope allows extended range of motion when performing bicep & tricep exercises, unlike the shorter rope attachments available at my local weight training facility. The rope also allows you to load free weight plates for performing unattached pulling exercises.

Nice Rope
Very nice rope. Great upgrade if you have the stiff rope included in most gym equipment. Longer and softer, no more sore pinkies either..

Well made. Feel the triceps working Unfortunately now fraying 1 month later
I like this item quite a bit. It is well made of braided nylon. After use, I noticed a strand sticking out from the others in its braid (not broken just out a bit). I don't expect this to be a problem. If it becomes one, I will check back. The pictures are accurate for usage. At the gym, I put my hands through the loops and grabbed the rope body. Could feel the triceps working for pushdowns as well as overhead extensions and found this to be more comfortable than the ones the gym normally provides. My form seemed to be a little better with the longer length of these as well. Did have to stand a little farther away for extensions. Would buy for myself.Well, it's about a month later and unfortunately this rope has developed a definite fraying as indicated in the picture. Have to downgrade to I would not buy. When the fraying gets bad enough to affect workouts, I will select a different brand.
