The amount of storage space in a PS5 is woefully limited when games are installed leading to a juggling match selecting what games to keep on its SSD. Thankfully this internal 2TB drive prevents this problem by topping up the under 700GB usable storage of a vanilla system. Installation was easier than expected and I can now avoid the need to be very picky on what games I choose to keep permanently available to play as downloading a game can be agonisingly slow if your internet speed is limited.

Very good product so far. I done my research and see this SSD had good reviews and very good value for money. I would highly recommend this ssd. It’s tripled my storage on my ps5 and all games load just as fast as the existing internal ssd does. I’ve tested the ssd fully by playing and completing a whole game and had no issues what so ever. Thinking of purchasing a 1TB version for my sons ps5 next

Is 100% a needed purchase for the ps5 able to have a plethora of ps5 games with no trouble playing on any of them

I Was a little worried when i inserted the ssd into the ps5 and it came back saying its write speed was 3884 not the 7100 as advertised. But it must have misread the speed or something because it loads faster than the internal ps5 ssd and from the research i did anything below 4500 write speed will not work with the ps5 so there must have been an error when it initially tested the speed. So ive used this ssd for about 6 months and have had no issues. 8tb nexostorage m.2 ssd

Bought this ssd for my girlfriends ps5, bought myself an older model years ago, it was so good i had to get another. Extremely fast and easy to pop into the ps5, formats in seconds and has huge space for extra games. Plus the best part, equal quality to name brands at a much more budget friendly price. 10/10 will definitely buy again.

For the price this is a great product. Has provided me with the storage and speed. Every game I've thrown on it has worked flawlessly without any issue. I've recommended this drive to all of my PS5 buddies. Something to consider when making a purchase this expensive. Every little bit we can save is always helpful. This way we can reinvest it into more games!
