Great to cook  meat, fish and vegetables by placing it directly on the stove, barbecue and grill. The lava stone is well known for its natural peculiarity to maintain high temperatures for a long time continuing to cook while away from the heat source. 

NB. The product is completely made of natural stone Etna.It is not polished because the polishing,  that is done using plumb machines, could leave on the surface elements harmful to health.

 We have worked the edges with simple "tumbling" to give a more 'rustic appearance.
