DJI Osmo Mobile 2 Handheld Smartphone Gimbal with Tripod Bundle Combo

Product is great and the folks i bought it from even better, at first the dji wouldnt charge, apparently you need a 5v charger and i was using higher voltage iphone chargers so i put it in for return, they responded almost instantly for a full refund or replacement... in the end i figured it out and kept it.. so far so good, loving this little gimbal

The media could not be loaded. I want to give it 4.5 out of 5!The Gimbal is great! If you can not balance your phone, that's not worth knocking off stars for - it's probably user error (as it was for me). It does everything expected of it, everything it advertised and does it well!The little issues:The manual is far from comprehensive. Single sentence explanations just don't help. However, there are numerous YouTube videos there that show you how to set things up properly. Once you understand it, it is ridiculously simple to use.As others say, whilst you CAN charge your phone from the gimbal, you cannot do it in-situ because of the design of the gimbal itself. That's a little frustrating. You MAY be able to use it with a right-angles C-Type (or whatever your device uses), but it's an unnecessary extra requirement...OK - unlike its predecessor, there is now a fitting on the base of the unit for your tripod, etc., but again, as others state, a side mount would have been great, and not force us into buying extra clamps to connect lights, mics, etc etc.Don't get me wrong, I LOVE this thing and have had a lot of fun with it, but it is just a couple of percentage points from being perfect.

I can't get this thing to work. And I'm cautious about using their app after reading horror stories of video entrapment. Probably user error on my part to get it to function but the app scares me--and disappoints if it's true. Will keep trying.

it's been amazing for me, nothing really to complain about. I don't mind the plastic feel, good weight. the software is amazing. it can do so much.

Really good stabilization. Just make sure you level it on a level surface and do it right because once you do it, you can't re-level it (or at least from my experience). You may be excited to shoot video and stuff, but that is probably the most important thing you could mess up if not done properly. There are a ton of good reviews and so I will let them do the talking for why I think this is an awesome piece of hardware for it's price besides the leveling problem.
