I bought this tablet for my daughter who is quite passionate about drawing and art. This is a great starter tablet that comes with everything you need to get started including the case, pen, glove, pre installed drawing apps and a charger. The screen is huge and is the same size as my laptop screen which is great for drawing. It is a fully functioning tablet and the only complaint my daughter has had so far is that some games, such as Roblox, are a bit hard to play with the large screen and that there is no headphone jack. Outside of that great product! Customer service was wonderful too as the tip of the pen broke the first day out of the box. I contacted Amazon who offered to replace the entire tablet and when I declined they put me in touch with the Simban customer support. They responded quickly, the process of getting a free pen replacement was quick and easy ( you have a 90 day warranty on accessories from the company). We had a new pen within a week and so far it's been great.

My first time with an actual drawing tablet, i love the size alone and the fact its portable. Im not a fan of the pen because it needs batteries but other than that, i love this. I also love that it cane with a free script for concept Art. Plus its affordable for the size! Works great, quality is great, and the colors are awesome.

My daughter LOVES her new drawing tablet. This was in her birthday wish list. Great price for the easy kid profile set-up, the pre-installed apps, accessories, and quality of the tablet 👌. I also love the fact that she can use for remote learning days with Google Class and Google Meet. I can also monitor and see her usage from my phone. Great buy!

Tablet worked well for 5 months then stopped charging or stopped turning on. I have been working with the company's customer service for over 2 weeks. They said that if I pay shipping ($30) and send the tablet back with a $30 voucher they would send a replacement 2 days after receiving ours. They stopped responding my emails after they confirmed receipt of the tablet. Finally after a more emotionally driven email I got a response that they would put in an order from Amazon for a replacement and I would get an email with confirmation. That was 4 days ago...

It’s fun to use the pressure sensitivity. I haven’t noticed yet. Maybe I’m just heavy-handed. The qualities is awesome. It works just like a normal tablet.The Size is what I wanted it to be and it does connect to BluetoothThe size fits well for the amount I had got

Its great. The drawing features are perfect for my 14 year old who is learning. It doubles as an android tablet on the wifi. Not disappointed and totally worth the money.

This is the second SIMBANS product we have purchased and have been pleased with both. My daughter uses the tablet daily for art and school. She is able to create beautiful, detailed art with the apps that come pre-installed. The tablet was very easy to setup, is easy to use, functions great, and is of good quality. Any issues we have had have been addressed promptly and we are beyond pleased with the service we have received.

My only complaint is the included artist glove is not thick enough. Your hand is still registered with it on. Needs thicker material. Besides that, love it. Nice case. Nice pen. Nice screen protector.
