Worth the Money with all the FeaturesI've been using the Smart Stick Tactical Walking Stick for a few days now, and it has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine. The built-in LED lights are incredibly bright—they light up the path ahead perfectly during nighttime walks and make me feel much more visible and secure. It's like carrying a flashlight and a walking stick all in one. It also comes with a tripod in which you can fit the stick and use it while camping or doing anything at night.One of the most useful features is the USB charger. I’ve used it multiple times to give my phone a quick boost when I’m out and about, especially during longer hikes or evening strolls when battery life starts to run low. It's super convenient and works surprisingly well.But the feature that gives me the most peace of mind is the built-in stun gun. On one walk, an aggressive stray dog started approaching me, and just the crackling sound of the stun gun was enough to scare it off. I didn’t even have to use it—just knowing I had it, and seeing how effective the sound alone was, made me feel so much safer.Overall, this walking stick is high-quality, practical, and packed with smart features. We purchased the handle as easier to lean onto if we have to. We have only used the SmartStick in the house thus far. The solar charging on the windowsill and LED lights are convenient. We never thought to test the zapper.After a few months the lights stopped working, even at full charge. We called customer service, and they walked us through steps to see where the problem was.Nothing worked until he asked us to test the zapper. HOLY MOLEY! That electrical charge arcing between the two prongs and its cracking sound is some Herculean Power! This is not a toy. Keep far away from children.Unfortunately, the lights did not work. Customer service sent a replacement SmartStick that works great. 5 STAR customer service!

Excellent idea. Yet when delivered some parts were loose. I fixed it yet I believe some people would have difficulty figuring it out.

It was a gift. He was blown away by it. He loves to forage and into areas where he could be vulnerable. He is “ THE HERBAL CHEF” Chris Sayegh known by famous people and 5 star Michelin personell all over the continents. And my GRANDSON👍

After 4 months my stick broke just under the LED at one of joint areas that screws together. Ive reached out to customer service with 2 emails. I've also tried to call their customer service number which gives no identifying information that you are even calling the company. There are some great elements, the LED is bright, the battery holds charge, very disappointing for how much this costs.

Update: customer service took care of the issue promptly and I am one happy customer.Originally we gave this five stars, but in less than 2 months it stopped working it doesn't take charge, and the stun gun at the bottom is intermittent if you hold down the button it pops for about 3 seconds and then stops and then you have to press the button again. We thought it was a fire hazard so we discarded it at the fire department.

I bought my my Smartstick almost 6 months ago recently stopped charging. I figured it needed ne batteries. I called just looking for info on how to change the battery. They are sending me a new one. The warranty has expired. This was about a hour ago. I just got a email with tracking number. Stellar customer service. I was not expecting that. I recommend with 5 stars service.
