Ease of use:The lid is too loose. as I’m in urgency to use this product I don’t want to return and wait for the another product again.

The media could not be loaded. I was very impressed by the products but it seems the quality of the cap is very bad. I just washed to start using it and look at the condition of the cap. It started to break just by washing it. Very disappointing.
