It is exactly as expected
I have very tight calves and (probably as a result) plantar fasciitis. putting my foot up against a wall or some other more convenient object is helpful but does not provide the stretch that my legs require. This gets the job done, I have it placed on my path to the front door so before I leave the house I always get a good stretch in, I have not had problems since purchasing.

Great for restless legs
Works great for helping to relieve restless leg pain.

Returned: Could not trust it. Felt it might break- would not work
Did not seem secure like it could slip out of the joints and also break off with the tiny nails.

Posture improved
When I first read about a "posture board" selling through social media for about $50 I thought it was a money grabbing scheme. After dealing with neck pain from worsened posture after sitting in front of a computer for hours I started working more actively on posture improvement. I added daily desk yoga stretches, foam rolling of the thoracic spine, and doorway chest stretches with some success. But my physical therapist still noted my forward head posture that didn't seem to improve much.I went ahead and ordered this posture board and started using it daily after my stretches. Initially it was quite tough to bring the back of my head to the wall and I had to slide my feet forward and bend my knees but this improved quickly after a few sessions. We used partner assists to gently bring the shoulders back to the wall and I found doing the board prior to bedtime incredibly relaxing. I'll stand on it for a couple minutes during the day too just to remind me of correct head position.I really didn't have high expectations for this board but it's become a daily must do for me.Highly recommend this purchase, especially since it's usable for balance exercises as well. It's built very well with an adjustable incline and actually larger than I expected. I'd recommend using it without shoes for added proprioception - just make sure you straddle it when getting on the board so you don't twist your ankle or knee. Even with socks on there is no sliding. Also, make sure your feet face straight ahead when standing on the board so the tight muscles don't try to escape the stretch.

2-in-1 slant board
I actually have a slant board similar to this but that one does not separate like this one. This is 2-in-1 slant board that can be separated from the base and can be also used as a balance board. The slant board is great for stretching out your legs, hamstrings, and calves. You can easily adjust the angle by lifting the inside board to raise up the stand in the desired angle. You will immediately feel the pain and stretches on your legs when you stand on the slant board.I love that it can also be used as a balance board, which is great for working on your cores and balance. It's made out of solid wood and I also appreciate the cutouts on the sides for easy lifting and carrying when I need to move it from one place to another. My daughter plays volleyball and she does strength training on her legs in order to jump higher so this slant board is necessity for her to stretch for legs before and after workout to prevent injuries. Highly recommend it.

two for one.......NOT
This item was nice as a two in one stretcher but the quality and craftsmanship is not up to par. The balance board broke with one time use (and I only weigh 150 lbs). There's an insert in the box to email the company directly if any issues with product but the email is invalid. 😔

Nice slant board
Incline board seems to be well-made, and it appears SCWTHR paid attention to detail and precision in crafting this product. It is definitely a great tool for stretching and worth the purchase price. However, for improvement, this company needs to hire an editor for the instruction booklet.
