He refuses to stand in water deeper than his elbows. I am going to get him some swimming lessons as i live near the coast so i thought i’d get him the most buoyant jacket i could. I got the small as i read that most dogs need the next size up. I think he could have fitted in the XS but it would not cover most of his back/body. It’s easy to adjust, and is lightweight which means he retains his mobility. I love the colour so i can easily see him and i think it will really help him keep safe. For the price, i think it’s really worth it! Good item to have just in case for most dog owners! My dog is 16” chest, he is roughly 5-5.7kgs and 30cm high ish.
