Nice quality at reasonable pricing!
We recently remodeled our master bathroom. We save a lot of money by buying these on Amazon verses the contractor pricing. The quality is exceptional, and they are very elegant in matching the surrounding fixtures. Installation was easy but our biggest complaint is the instruction manuals on many items…Due to being made overseas, they only have diagrams but NO step-by-step written instructions. This is frustrating when you have multiple pieces of which some are already opened from returned orders. Note: You may need to adjust your supply valve pressure down to avoid splashing when water is turned on.

I’m not a plumber
I watched all the videos and was certain I could change this out myself..but NO..had to call a plumber to cut the old one out..could not even get the water shut off valve to turn..once it’s in it looks amazing and gives the bathroom a speak appearance..makes me want to redecorate the rest of the room

Nice quality faucet
Purchased this faucet for our remodeled bathroom. We bought this one due to only having a 5 1/2 inch clearance between counter and medicine cabinet door.Install was easy. When turned on the water flow is impressive and most of the time we don’t have to use the full force as just a little of the flow is more than sufficient. Still working great after nearly a year and still looks like new.

Wonderful waterfall style
I bought this for my master bathroom sink. The holes they drilled in the countertop was a little far from the back edge. So I was looking for a faucet that would cast the water into the middle of the sink and this waterfall style is absolutely perfect. I love it.

Massive failure
The faucet not only failed once!!! It failed twice…it first snapped the supply on the cold side and flooded the entire lower level and caused thousands of dollars worth of damage. We ordered a new faucet and installed it last week only to have the hot side supply snap into two pieces as well!!!! The vanity is ruined 1000$ (currently reordered) …the carpet and pad are ruined for the second time…the doors are ruined for the second time …I cannot even describe how disappointed I am with this product….8000$ damage….I would not only never recommend this product I would not trust any product sold on Amazon if they cannot vet their products prior to sale for massive defects !!!
