This panel beats QD OLED easily.
LG 27GS93QEThis monitor is absolutely amazing. I went from a QD-OLED gaming monitor to WOLED with hesitation but wow, LG is so much better than Samsungs panels! People all over the internet will scream how QD-OLED is better or that the Matte finish takes away from the image. This is a major lie, as I have owned both, I can tell you the WOLED panel crushed QD OLED.Blacks are actually black not purple, and having light in your room never takes away the beauty of the contrast on this panel! You might as well play in the sun here, the blacks stay that inky black! While QD OLED is embarrassing in comparison. The screen is actually cleanable!!!!!! QD OLEDs screens are just awful with cleaning. Glossy coats on monitors are just terrible. Following the manufacturers guidelines in cleaning won't prevent scratches. But here, with LG, yea you won't even see a scratch!!!Matte finish... where do I start. First you can't even see the matte finish, it's not the same matte finish you see on other gaming monitors. It's borderline glossy, but much better than glossy. It won't take away from the game, it doesn't make the image look fuzzy what so ever. And again note here that I have BOTH panels!! This one embarrasses QD OLED and it was cheaper?!!!Brightness, and color. This monitor will excuses of those true blacks will blow you away in contrast. On QD OLED, colors are far to vivid making it look everything is over saturated even with calibration!!! WOLED, never had this issue always the correct and accurate colors even out of the box which is insane! The brightness is good here, it's Oled so your not going to get insane 2000 nits but your definitely getting an upgrade from QD OLED, VA, IPS, or TN.All in all amazing monitor, don't listen to Reddit, get one your self and see! A great idea is to go to Best Buy and see them side by side and you'll realize how much better WOLED is.5 amazing stars wish I could give it more.

Beautiful for gaming
I bought this monitor to replace an old LG Ultragear 34" ultrawide IPS that my movers lost.I took a chance with this OLED, but it's really only good for gaming and not work. The text fringe is horrible. I wish I had gotten the super ultrawide IPS monitor instead, but the DCI-P3 color gamut was not as good as this one. However, this monitor arrived with no dead pixels. Works beautifully out of the box. It has better height adjustment than my old monitor, as well as swivel, so it gives me more desktop space. The curve is stronger than my old monitor, but I'm growing to like it.I'm giving this five stars because it's my fault for not buying an IPS panel for my motion graphics/vfx work. Text fringe is a huge no-no for my career. Luckily I have spare monitors I can use for work (albeit not as good as my old monitor) and can dedicate this one for gaming when I want to use mouse/keyboard at a desk instead of my LG C2 with a controller.Windows shows the refresh rate at 144 hz, but the monitor settings and game settings show it at 240 hz. A little odd, but seems to be working despite what Windows says. This was a steal at $730, so I really can't complain.

Best 4k Display and it’s an OLED!
Out of the box this thing is just so huge I have monitors that are 24” or 27”, and this one’s 32” a little bit more than what I’m used to. But I have to say I’m loving having a bigger screen because now watching movies or even YouTube videos is super great and this can be done in 4k! The colors are great they’re vibrant they’re just perfect. I can’t lie this is a really expensive monitor at least for me but I can definitely justify it, especially if you find the right deal for it! The refresh rates are insane true to the 480hz at 1080p definitely a game changer with a really fast response time! This was also super easy to setup and have it running in no time a stand that you just screw in and really plug it up and you have it running! I would recommend this to someone who values video quality but the best that can be offered right now and it’s just so damn good!
