Great directions!
The quality is better than I expected with the price point. Put these in the house we are remodeling to sell, thinking of buying more in the future. I received one box without instructions, customer service was quick to send me a copy of the instructions!

Really nice for the price!
The media could not be loaded. 1. Clear instructions.2. Coming on time but separate deliveries (is normal).3. The material looks strong but is like bagasse.4. Value for moneyOur stuff looks much better now.

Cheap materials
After assembling and mouting them to the wall,they were still wobbly..DO NOT buy this if you have young/little children in your home as it is made of very filmsy material..aesthetically pleasing? yes ,sturdiness and durability is zero…Tried to return it but seller requested for original packaging even after explaining that i trashed it.Inconsiderate much!

Assembly took very long, but sturdy and nice!
We created a separate walk-in closet in our basement using this closet system. It works fine but took forever for the handy man to build! They charged us more because of more hours but otherwise the product works well.

Cheap way
I love how it turned out, other company wanted way to much for their closet system. This system is easy to assemble. It came with everything you need yo install it. The box was beat up but nothing inside was damaged

I really like this system. My contractor put it together and it took him quite a while so be prepared it fits perfectly in my walk in closet and is sturdy

You get what you pay for
Ok so yes, you definitely get what you pay for with those closet system. I had high hopes after reading many reviews. I gave it 2 stars because it was easy to assemble and will work for what we need right now. I’m just super disappointed that there are so many dings and scuffs on the pieces. It looks like I’ve used it for several years, not just assembled it. This company needs to do better at protecting their products during packaging and shipping. I’m now going to have to either go buy paint or contact paper to make it look a little better. If you want a cheap closet, this is it. Easy to assemble. Seems somewhat sturdy, and is pretty true to size. I hope the other pieces of the closet look better than this one did:
