I’ve used this for three months now and this product is no where near as good as skin discipline. Skin discipline had my skin cleared in two months. This one? It’s been 90 days and I’m still breaking out. Guess it’s on to the next product. It makes me sad to have to say goodbye.

This has to be one of the prettiest bits of packaging for a supplement I've seen. It's minimalist, and gorgeous, with a glass jar to boot, really giving it that luxury feel. I like that a serving size is a single capsule (which, even those are pretty), so one jar is a full month supply. The capsules don't taste bad, so that's a plus, and they're easy to swallow. I don't really find the valerian root to do too much for me, and I could do without a lot of the other ingredients (I've stopped taking some other supplements to avoid double dosing on several). Time will tell how beneficial taking ceramides internally will be, but I'm optimistic.

I ordered this supplement because of its title and the fact that it contains ceramides. It also contains vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and plant extracts, including valerian root. I was disappointed that it contains canola oil because it already contains sunflower lecithin and ceramide wheat seed oil. I don't understand the need for an additional carrier oil that has no health benefits. I did get one cystic pimple after starting these so I'm not sure they work. Perhaps it takes several weeks to notice any benefits. These capsules are pretty easy to swallow and I did not experience any negative side effects from taking this supplement.

It comes with a month supply my skindid seem to look better, but to be honest I would need 2 or 3 month supply to continue use of them.

There's a 30 day supply and the ingredient list isn't too long and the nutrition facts seem good. It has super cute packaging - love the color and how sturdy the glass is. When you open it, the bottle smells really minty. I haven't seen any huge improvements in my skin yet, but supplements always take time!
