This is a very nice, durable bag. There was literally no problem with the straps; they just need to be rotated (if the first try doesn't work, twist around the white pegs the other way). I was disappointed with the red bag. I realize the color description is simply "red", but the item in the picture looked brighter, red-orange. I will be returning to swap for the hot pink to be more "summery". I got the XL, and it will be PLENTY large enough for my entire family's beach supplies!

Also, my strap came twisted and I thought I would have to return but I did a quick google search on how to untwist a bogg handle and you literally just twist it around and it fixes itself! No need to exchange!

Durable, reliable bag that works like or better other high priced comparable totes. Did have a weird smell upon first purchase but goes away with time.

If you want that one bag but don't want to pay the price, this is for you! It came packed safely, but even if it wasn't, it's durable enough to take a crazy day at the beach. The surface material is smooth and easy to wipe down. I bought the Extra Large, which has more than enough room for two or four large beach towels, snacks, toys, and more. I love the color I chose. It is exactly as shown in the picture and looked even better in person. The price point is phenomenal! I am definitely going to be buying more.
