the unit came in and struggled to make ice at first then stopped working completelyi contacted the seller through amazon and they got it fixed promptly and its been making great ice ever sincei would recommend this product

The bin was suppose to be 350 lbs. I filled bags finally for the first time and the bin only holds 200 lbs

This ice maker machine is perfect for people with an old refrigerator and no ice maker. This has a small enough footprint that when I stopped using it, I could put it away quickly after draining. It makes a good amount of ice and has a quiet running motor. I was able to add an extension cord to make it long enough. The motor makes ice quickly and is the most useful tool during the hot months or when guests are over. I've also taken this to the office, and it's worked well.

we set this up in a shed i built and we have more ice than expected. this machine has not slowed down yet. i put an extra filter system on it for clean, drinkable ice. For the price of this machine, it is well worth it.Note to the shippers. Upon arrival, the tray inside the top piece that allows the ice to fall had a crack in it. it was not enough to justify returning it, but the handling of the package could of been the cause. It is very heavy.

This ice maker far exceeded my expectations. Not only is it easy to use, but it makes great ice fairly quickly. I've used it a couple times at family functions and everyone raves about it and says that they want one too. I love the fact that I can use spring water to make fresh, clean cubes without the freezer burn or bad taste I get from tap water. Definitely recommended!

First u want to say that once this actually starts making ice, it's great. It will continue to make it until there is not enough water or the ice bucket is full. HOWEVER. when you first receive this and follow the instructions for use (if you can even call them that) it doesn't do anything. It'll say not enough water even when it's up to the max fill line. You can force clean it, turn it off and on, and no matter what it doesn't work. So then we decided to just leave it plugged in for a while and see what it would do. ONE WEEK LATER, that's right SEVEN full days after plugging it in and stopped trying to make it work, it randomly decided to start making ice. And now as long as we don't unplug it or turn it off, or change the settings it will continue to make ice. But the directions for this machine say nothing about having to wait for the ice to be made. So don't expect to have ice right away.Other than that major flaw, once it works it is great. It's easy to install and to use. Just be aware it takes a while to really start making ice and it doesn't say that anywhere in the directions.

So I tried this out on "large" (cubes) and they're.. honestly not very large. Maybe like the first segment of one of your fingers (the biggest segment), or a little smaller. They're in a pretty nice bullet shape. I didn't test them to see if they'd fit into a standard water bottle/etc but the small ones at least probably would. So if you're looking for big cubes, maybe this isn't the one. But it does generate ice pretty quickly, and it seems like a nice ice maker.

when i got the ice bin it had been dropped in shipment and both corners were bent in had to use my old ice bin to make it work sent a reply no answer of what to do about it. not good
