Less Is More - Use less without sacrifing taste!
The best salt one could possibly have in the kitchen. IMO Besides it's health benefits this salt has a very salty taste, more so than regular table salt, which makes it ideal for people wanting to reduce their salt intake without reducing flavor and uses. Less is more. As described in a Google search: Celtic salt, also known as sel gris, is special due to its unique mineral content, harvesting methods, and texture. It's a minimally processed sea salt with a higher concentration of minerals like magnesium, calcium, and potassium compared to table salt. Harvested using traditional methods in Brittany, France, it retains a natural moisture and coarse, gray texture, setting it apart from refined table salt.

This salt has not lost its savour, and therefore is good to salt therewith. It has multiplied the taste of my meals. Very tasty, also useful for many other purposes.
