If too tight and you got a bit of a belly, the straps in the front can be a bit uncomfortable after 15mins but you shouldn’t be using this more than 30mins anyways. So Its okay. You need to let your shoulder start taking the weight and get stronger rather than continously relying on this. This was approved by my physio.
