These fit great, if you want a tight fit I would suggest dropping a size

I ordered these gym gloves in a size small for myself to try to avoid callouses at the gym. However, they were quickly commandeered by my partner who is 6’5 so has pretty large hands. He’s usually an XL in gym gloves but he managed to get into these so that goes to show how stretchy these gloves are 😂I’ve since pinched them back and they still fit me well despite him stretching them over his boulders. They feel pretty good quality and do the job I was hoping they would. They protect the skin just under the fingers which is where I usually get sore and calloused after lifting. They also have grip to them so that coupled with the comfort of wearing them, they’ve allowed me to get a PB in my deadlift - great success 👍Happy to recommend 😊

Bought these for my husband and he likes them - they have good stretch in them to fit his hands. There’s padded parts for the palm which is grippy too. I know he’s benefitted from using them at the gym. They’re also small enough to not let his hands get sweaty!

I think these are only designed to stop damage to the skin at the base of the fingers, they do that.The substantial advantage over full gloves or any other lifting aids, is that these will be cooler.The main down side of full gloves is that they soak up the sweat. I was still sweating in these, but they were better.They have some disadvantages, the main one being that they are not stabilised by a wrist fastening so move more, they have a small tab that I used to pull them back in place after each set. Also you do not get any wrist stabilisation on heavier weights.They worked well on light/medium weights, also on chest press exercises on machines when the bar was on the pad of my palm but not with heavy free weights when they would move around too much.On the rower they were brilliant as my hands were cooler and the normal friction area were covered.My reviews follow this star rating:1 Star; Very unsatisfactory product.
