Great, good price, really help my knees

I take this product to help keep my knees from aching and feeling stiff when I am exercising and feel that my joints have improved. They are quite large capsules but I don't have trouble swallowing them. I think that they are good value for money and will carry on ordering them

I've been using these for around 12 months now, they've become part of my daily routine.There is a noticeable difference taking these supplements. My joint pain and stiffness have reduced hugely and my reliance on over the counter pain relief has more than halved. These work very effectively for me and I've now encouraged my partner to try them for a few months to see if they benefit him too.The capsules are quite large, but I find them easy to swallow, and not noticed any taste or unpleasant side effects.Personally I would recommend you try them for at least 2 od 3 months and keep a small journal of your symptoms to compare, you may be surprised.
