I lot of other products available with 5HTP come with a blend of other things like Ashwaganda and what not that I feel are not necessary. This helps me stay focused and stress free during the day and at night I sleep well and fall asleep quickly. For some people it can have the opposite of a calming effect at night so I take these in the mid morning after breakfast.
