Indoor Outdoor Thermometer Hygrometer Wireless Weather Stations, with 330ft Range Outdoor Sensor and Adjustable Backlight Inside Outside Thermometers (Cold Risk Index)

The media could not be loaded.  I've purchased and successfully used the Unni thermometer/hygrometer with multiple remotes before. This unit has a single remote, and reads temperatures and humidity from both the base unit and the separate remote. Total setup time was less that two minutes - it simply involved adding the AAA batteries to the remote and plugging in the base unit. (The base unit can also run on batteries too.) The display is bold, bright and super easy to read, even from across the room.But the unique aspect of this Unni is the "cold risk index". This isn't a measure of the temperature coldness, but actually a measure of how high the risk is that you will catch a head cold based on changing temperature and humidity conditions. In the attached video, you can see what it registered when I put this into our refrigerator, since the weather conditions where we are do not generate high cold risk situations in the spring (can see examples of those measures in the still pictures.)You don't need to do anything to set up the cold risk index - it just shows up automatically on the screen. So, overall, an attractive, easy to use device with a unique and helpful feature. Very cool.

The Unni Weather Station is our fourth purchase from this company. We like the USB plug in option so we don't have to worry about battery replacement in the unit (although the remote part does need batteries).It has very clear, accurate readouts and can be set on different brightness levels that will stay on if you like. Simple to set up and operate and great customer service.

Replaced an older indoor/outdoor thermometer, we are enjoying the advancement with accuracy and ease of reading.

It doesn’t seem to work accurately, it was completely sunny outside not a cloud in the sky and the icon showed rain showers!! Took out battery to reset and it still showed partly cloudy… and the outside temperature doesn’t seem accurate either, it depends if it is in the sun or shade.

Good product, easy to read, accurate measurement. Cold risk index is good for cold front weather. The backlit will stay on when plugs in. Overall good product with good concept and quality.

I just acquired my second weather station and it is my second one made by UNNI. The new one is a UN0586 Indoor/outdoor Thermometer. The size is perfect for my bedroom nightstand and with its light levels it works well for me as at night I like little or no light in my bedroom. It was very easy to set up once I put the batteries in both units, the inside and outside units were paired. UN0586 has a great price that makes it affordable to anyone.

According to 3 other thermometers I own, all of which are pretty close in accuracy, this one shows several degrees warmer - so not very accurate. Also, disappointed that the only way to power it is USB, most offer AC power and or DC (battery) power.But for my purpose of monitoring greenhouse temp it's close enough.

Easiest set-up of any thermometer I have had.Best part is it is aluminated. Just touch and you change the brightness, three settings.Great product!
