Arrived alive and my leaped geckos love them

This is our second time ordering extra small dubia roaches for our toad. The first time they came well protected and all alive and thriving. This time they came packed with heating to keep them warm through winter travels. They are once again alive and thriving. Our toad loves them. Highly recommend for the quick shipping and very safe packaging. We will be ordering again.

I thought this was a really fair price for 100 extra small roaches. I wanted to feed them to my baby toads but they arrived dead, and I was sure to get the package the SECOND the mail man got here. On another note, a lot of the roaches looked way too big to be the extra small size. I understand that it's the middle of winter right now, but I swore I read that the roaches were guaranteed to arrive alive, and if there were doubts of that, then they should have sent me a warning before purchasing. In the package, there was also a little note saying that they do NOT guarantee live arrival and they mentioned buying a heat pouch next time, but while purchasing, the heat pouch wasn't even there as an option. 1 STAR!!!

I ordered Dubia roaches from Dubia Farms for my bearded dragon, and while the shipment was clearly labeled in bright yellow “Deliver to door — do not leave in mailbox,” the mail carrier still left it in the mailbox. Unfortunately, I didn’t find it in time and only 5 out of 100 survived.I reached out to Dubia Farms and was blown away by their customer service. Joe’l responded quickly, with absolutely no hassle, and immediately sent out a replacement order along with a tracking number. They also gave helpful advice to notify my local postmaster about the delivery mistake to help prevent it from happening again.The service was prompt, professional, and kind. I’ll definitely continue ordering from Dubia Farms — they care about their customers and stand behind their products. Highly recommended!

The roaches arrived earlier than expected, all alive and in good condition. I'm removing one star because I ordered 100, and there's definitely not 100 in the container. I placed them one by one in my roach habitat and there was only 78.
