I would have given this 5 stars but they have a VERY strong smell of paint or varnish fumes. Since I ordered them as a Christmas gift for my niece and it's only July I have them lined up in my garage in hopes of the odor dissipating by the time I give them to her. The craftsmanship is excellent, they fit nicely inside each other and, overall, are beautiful. She is going to love them (as long as the odor is gone. I'll try to update later if they become less odorous.

These nesting dolls are everything I imagined they would be and more. Not only are they exactly as pictured, but they are made with excellent craftsmanship. They are hand-painted, appear to be hand-carved, and are really awesome.
