How do you let them down

The same as INFLATE, there is a safety built into the valve. You must squeeze the valve in a certain position TIGJTLY and while holding the inflate valve pinched tightly, I put the ball between my body and a table and just kept leaning on it til the air was forced out. They are also difficult to INFKATE... Also have to pinch the fill valve however when using the ball if that valve pops open it will NOT instantly deflate, a good safety feature bit a PAIN to fill it deflate. Just hissing air like a tire deflating, very soft no loud noticeable sound.

Squeezing the valve that you use to blow the ball up will allow air to escape feom the ball. It's a rubber story so to speak, inside the valve. Squeezing the ball while squeezing the valve will allow for a faster deflate.
