This set is a great value for the price plus my kids loved it and I use it too is a great option for beginners or those looking for a fun way to relieve stress. Is easy to set up, and safe to use. The quality is a lot better than others i bought in the past but it may not withstand heavy use, and serious boxers may find it lacks the resistance they need for effective training. For occasional use or as a stress-relief tool, it's a solid choice. Totally recommend it!!!

Great training kit for kids
I got this for my 8 y/o son who has lots of energy to get out! It is bigger than what I expected . Quality looks great. I need to fill up the base with water for stabilization, it came with a kids size gloves.
