Avoid
I had two of them. One failed within a year, second after a week. This model is not waterproof at all in my opinion. Also won't recommend buying refurbished ones from Anker. Waste of time and money.

Not sure it's 4k
Not happy with the picture qualy for for 4k Sound and wide hence is a huge improvement from the 2k. Hopefully update will work picture quality soon.

Faulty product but no support
Worked fine for a few weeks then totally died. It turns out this is a know issue with this Eufy product. I have loads of Eufy products so was really suprised with the really poor customer service. Apart from being cut off over 20 times on the live chat all I was offered was an inferior and cheaper substitute. Not happy at all

Als gebraucht gekauft
Als gebraucht gekauft aber in einem neuwertigen Zustand.Die Kamera macht sehr gute Aufnahmen und muss nicht aufgeladen werden.Ich habe noch eine andere Kamera,die sich mit Solar auflädt.Leider ist die Batterie Jetzt leer.Es war halt wetterbedingt nicht mehr drin.Das ist die E330 das ganze Jahr zuverlässiger,weil sie ihren Strom aus der Steckdose bezieht.

Tres bon produit
Cette caméra remplace une Foscam qui présentait de très mauvaises connexion réseau et demandait un compte sur leur site pour gérer les images. Cette Eufy requiert un hub local qui peu enregistrer les images mais offre l’enregistrement continu et une grande stabilité de la connexion. Eufy offre aussi une gamme assez complète de produits.

Mitigé par la marque
Commentaire après 1 an d’utilisation : Après un an et demi d’utilisation, la caméra Eufy est tombée en panne du jour au lendemain, avec un point rouge qui clignote. Malgré la garantie européenne de deux ans, le support Eufy refuse toute prise en charge, prétendant que la garantie est terminée après un an. J’espère pouvoir résoudre avec Amazon! Mais vu les échanges que j’ai eu avec la marque, je ne prendrai plus ça c’est fini.
