Tilt Mixing Bowl

I wish I’d have bought something similar like this years ago. I’m familiar with Mason having had various dog bowls over many years so I knew it would be well made. It’s a lighter grey than that shown in the photo which I think I prefer but it doesn’t really make any difference to me. I love the straight sides which is why I bought it. I’ve not cooked a lasagne in a 100 years as I’ve never had a deep enough dish since I left home. Now I have and my first one was perfect. I managed to get 3 layers in. The Barilla lasagne sheets were a bit long for it width wise so I had to break off a bit on a couple of layers, so the dish can’t be exactly square as the top layer fitted perfectly. I will try another brand next time I need some. I now have another batch cooking recipe for two of us as I cut it into 6 portions to freeze. I’d forgotten how nice home cooked lasagne is. Bought lasagne is full of nasties and I find it sickly so I’d gone off it. This was just how I remembered it, thanks to Mason Cash. Thank you MC.

Good quality and great value for money. Cooked a shepherd’s pie in it, great! Washed well in the dishwasher.

Exactly as described. Absolutely bomb proof packaging. Nicely priced for this sort of quality. I'm not sure what type of pasta sheets those that claim they don't fit are using. As soon as the dish arrived, straight to the cupboard and tested with 3 different brands of pasta sheets. All fitted perfectly. I have other products around the kitchen from this brand, some many years old, they have never let me down and I'm sure this dish will also last years.
