Well, where do I begin! I’ve been taking creatine throughout my fitness journey for some time now! Started with capsules, transitioned to powder but I would have never thought to try it in a gummy form. This is a holy grail staple in my routine I’ve been taking it for two months now and I can definitely see and feel the difference. They come in a set of 2 bottles because you need to take 4 to get a full serving but it’s super easy to to a great to transport, I keep a bottle in my gym bag and a bottle at work that way I never forget to take them. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to implement creatine into their fitness journey. The taste is an acquired taste, and the reason I have it 5 stars because I actually like the taste now! Get your creatine guys 🧡

These gummies taste great and have a nice chewy texture, but one serving is 4 gummies. This means that both bottles combined still only provide a 30 day supply, which is kind of ridiculous and deceptive. It's pitched as a value pack, but doesn't provide much value at all. A bottle of supplements is normally assumed to contain at least a 30 day supply as standard. Would not purchase these again.

They taste OK, but more than anything, are easy to take or to transport (if I want to take them shortly after a workout with some sugar). Note that they come in "2s" because the dose is 4 gummies for 5g of creatine, which makes you run through them with some speed. Great product, good taste, and I can definitely notice the pump.
