Saved my Beats from the junk drawer - I must have lost the cable that came with my headphones and then one day realized that when I traveled and I wanted to use them on the plane that I would need a cable - so I want to the store and bought a cable and guess what they did not fit - the beats have a smaller plug than the standard 3.5 mm cables so i had to get this one made specifically for the beats - once I did that life was great - here is my review... This cable is actually an improvement over the one that came in the box. 1. Robust Build Quality The first thing you notice is the thickness. It feels much more durable than the stock Apple/Beats cable. The strain relief (the rubber part where the wire meets the plug) is reinforced, so I’m not worried about it snapping if I accidentally tug it while it's plugged into my laptop or controller. 2. Perfect Snug Fit If you own Beats, you know the recessed port can be picky about which cables actually fit. This 3.5mm jack is slim enough to slide perfectly into the deep socket of my Studio 3s and Solo 3s without having to force it.
