Does this base coat work with ilnp brand polishes?

Hi , yes So far I’ve used it on a few nail polishes including under sally Hansen gel ! I buff before applying ! Works pretty well !

Do these work with all brands of gel polish?

I’ve only used it with OPI and Sally Hansen regular polish but it’s great with those. I personally do not use gel polish.

Can this base coat be used with dazzle nail polish?

I don't know the answer to that question, because I only use clear base on my nails.
