Installed in my boat sink and it works great. Installed quickly and does the job intended.

I ordered two bottles to replace my old one that broke. Neither fit, I finally ordered the whole pump and bottle replacement here on Amazon for a fraction of the price from store and it works perfect. I have had it for about a week now. Easy to install and the brushed nickel matched the rest of the fixtures.

Not great instructions on how to put it together, but it works awesome! No more refilling dish soap, or hand soap depending how you use it. Our contractor doing our kitchen remodel never saw anything like it and blew his mind. Great budget upgrades.

Easy to install , perfect size !

This dispenser is well made, attractive and much more convenient than the ceramic pump I was using. It was tricky to install. For my sinks setup it is a two person job to get the parts screwed in under the sink. But once that is done it is easily filled from the top.

The pump came apart within 2 weeks of being installed. It was a easy fix. I had to fish out the spring and tube coupler then it snapped back together with ease. I would say it’s worth the price. One more thing if you release pump slowly and not slap and release, it will not pop-apart.

Awesome product with plastic internals to keep the thing from corroding like the last one I had. Easy to install and no tools required.

My countertop is granite and underneath there was MDF plywood which was cut in strategic places (like the sink holes) to make it easier to fit the faucet, but for some reason the soap dispenser was only drilled straight through. This soap dispenser didn't quite have the length where my old one did. I ended up getting out the tools and fixing that issue. I also had a second issue; the previous owner of my house drilled a screwed up hole which was wider than needed and therefore the included washers didn't fit. I stopped by lowes and got some larger ones. That was not the fault of this manufacturer but just be aware that if your hole is larger than needed or the countertop is thicker than it should be, you may need to do some modifications.
