No wobble!
I wanted a bike transporter that wouldn't touch the carbon frame and wheels of my gravel bike. This one holds the bike securely, but beware that you probably can't use it if your bike has fenders or a rack that cover the tires. It is pretty easy to assemble, mount, and fold. It is well-built and held two bikes - without wobble - over a 400 mile trip on Interstates, highways, and bumpy local roads. The mounting system uses an insert that expands inside the hitch receiver, and there is a secondary pin for safety. You don't need to buy a transporter that costs 4x this price.

Pretty Solid Rack
I’ll give it 5 stars bcz I do believe it is a solid product. Wasn’t too difficult assemble, isn’t terribly heavy & does provide for two way to mount to your roof rack. Overall I like it.With that, my only minor complaint is that there is some slightly concerning shaking/trembling of my bikes on the highways in high winds on this rack. I think it’s just pure design of the product that allows for a little more trembling than I’m comfortable with. I just remind myself while driving in fast & windy conditions that it is almost impossible for the bike to break loose.Recommend *

Great Rack
I am here to sing the praises of this rack; it far exceeds my expectations. I am one that does my due diligence and was very hesitant to purchase this but time and cost finally made me forge ahead. We needed a rack to use on our upcoming trailer trip, and once I received it found it wasn't recommended for RV's but I liked it's construction and used it anyway. Our bikes have fenders, and with some mild modifications found it works perfect with absolutely no rubbing on the frame. it's VERY solid, the bikes ride extremely secure. I love the lock which is again very secure, there is no wobble at the hitch connection, and the tires seat perfectly in the rack everytime. We took a 2000 mile trip, the ease of loading the bikes (we do not have heavy ebikes) is amazing, running a cable and lock for security simple, it's literally a 30 second load and go. I would highly recommend this rack, I am not disappointed. Attached are photos of modifications to add a stud (modified bolt) on the arms that mate with a hole on our bike's rear racks where a reflector would have mounted; makes for an extremely secure/positive connection.

With a few substitutions, works great!
This bike rack is solid and strong but, as others have noticed, it doesn't sit well because the u-brackets must be mounted upward. This makes it impossible to fold it down completely flat.My solution was to buy Roof Box Clamps with 85mm internal U-bracket width. If the spacing is 85mm, you can use them along with the plastic roof box bracket to put the u-clamps in in the downward direction. This will allow the bike rack to sit flush when not in use. I install the U-clamps pointing downward and use the beefy roof box clip to secure from the bottom instead of from the top. With this fix, the rack is great. It's very stable and holds my large sized bike (I'm 6'2").I suggest using regular nuts instead of the knob nuts for the mounting because you might not have space for the knobs.

Great on Highways
I went a 1000 mile trip. Mostly drove at 80mph and it didn’t give me any trouble. Installation is easy and quality is great!

Not great for small bikes, some plastic on key areas
For the money, if you don’t have thousands into your bike, this works. Easy to assemble, the main structure is metal. There is a rhino rack on Amazon for $210 right now (retail $300) that works better. The tire contact points for 20” wheels just didn’t make me confident it would hold on the roof. Maybe bigger tires it’s better as other reviews have stated. But still, better options exist for another $100.

Secure rooftop bike carrier
Worked well on our 2 week trip to Grand Canyon and Utah national parks. Mounted to standard cross bars. With U bolts will not fold flat when closed but not a big deal. Minimal wind noise when highway driving on our vehicle. Did have to tighten the nuts of the u- bolts after driving the first couple of days then they remained tight afterwards
