If you’ve got time to mess around with different sizes. Unless a dentist has fixed your teeth to be straight and evenly spaced you need to map out the layout of you teeth. Best done on graph paper stuck by the side of your bathroom mirror. Number your teeth and mark which size rake you need for each orifice. You get used to it after a while and can practice doing it blindfold.
