Very nice!
These are very nice silicone molds. They are nice and thick and have a tight fitting lid. They are great for making ice blocks for your ice chest. The ice last so much longer in big blocks. They also collapse down to save storage space. I would recommend these for many uses!

Just wish the lids fit tighter
These silicone ice molds are quite sturdy, and the fact that they fold flat is a huge help for folks like me who don't have a lot of storage space. Since we're not often taking ice plunges, particularly in the winter, and since these ice molds appear to be food safe, I'd hoped to use one of them to store some of my homemade soups that I make in large batches. However, the lid doesn't fit super tightly. I've tried to improve the situation by adding plastic wrap below the lid; it remains to be seen if the food gets freezer burned because of this. Tight-fitting lids would also be handy for using these in the cooler (vs putting the ice block in and ending up with a wet mess). That would certainly make this a more versatile product.

Awesome for getting blocks of ice ready for camping
I ordered this set of molds to use for my cooler when we go on camping trips. When they came in, I immediately took them out, filled them up, and popped them in the freezer. The next morning, I took them out to see how they did, and I was impressed. The molds kept their shape well, and released the ice blocks easily. I did noticed that the blocks did not freeze entirely over the 16 or so hours they were in my freezer, but I contribute that more to how closely they sat in the freezer, and the freezer itself. Just note that it may take a while to completely freeze. I like that these molds are collapsable for easier storage, and that they come with lids. I may order another set, just to have more ice handy when I need it.

Heavy Duty Silicone and makes 3 quart blocks of ice
This is a product I never would have ever though I needed but I am glad I got it. When I need ice for my cooler, my options were to buy ice, empty icemaker or save gallon jugs to make ice. These are buy once and never again. Gallon jugs don't store easy and can smell like sour milk. As soon as you empty the ice maker, someone wants Ice for their drink. These are great and answer all the issues listed. They make sizable blocks of ice when used and fold down to almost nothing when not being used. I was concerned about spillage when full of water. They have lids and the top frame is sturdy enough that with the lids on, they didn't spill walking from the sink to freezer in the garage. Best part is it can be stored the the cooler when not being used so it is available and easily found when needed.

Chilly
I especially like these molds because they’re collapsible and easy to store. They make long lasting ice blocks, and also good for igloo bricks

ICE Baths
These ice block molds have been great. I do ice bath plunges weekly and I was tired of buying ice bags. These molds are very durable and haven't had any leakage. I appreciate that they fold up after use for better storage. The cubes come out easily as well. No complaints and I'd highly recommend them.

These 2-Pack Extra Large Ice Block Molds, 8lb Reusable Steel Silicone Molds for Cold Plunge and Cooler are the perfect size for making decent solid blocks of Ice. With the price of ice purchased. I have found it better and economical making your own ice for your cooler. These 2-Pack Extra Large Ice Block Molds, are really a big hit for making your own ice the 2-pack set allows you to make really decent size ice blocks which stay solid and last much longer than store bout ice. These 2-Pack Extra Large Ice Block Molds, are the perfect size for my large coolers used for fishing and camping season. So when I start out making my ice in these silicone molds I like the plastic lid that fits over the top when setting it in the freezer to keep the ice from spilling or anything getting into the iceThe down side for me with the2-Pack Extra Large Ice Block Molds, 8lb Reusable Steel Silicone Molds for Cold Plunge and Cooler is I'm not sold on the price point for this 2-piece set being a good value and for that I can't make a 5- star recommendation. Its a good product no doubt but a bit pricey.

Make sure you have room in the freezer
These collapse which make them really easy to store. Pretty easy to fill; there is a fill line that's easy to see. The lid snaps on, that seems more for keeping things out than keeping the water in. It did prevent major slashes walking over to the freezer but as I tried to find a spot in my freezer water did leak out and then freeze all over the bottom. Make sure you have plenty of room in your fridge for this because I thought I put it where there was plenty of room but the ice ended up being misshapen. Even with the misshapen freezing, the cube came out really easily. Next time I'm going to use the deep freezer that has plenty of room.
