Excellent quality, super portable respiratory trainer can go anywhere you go, and improve your lung function & capacity.Very nicely made with a soft, silicone rubber mouthpiece (easy to clean) and a dial adjuster. This unit is super easy, and very quiet to take with you. Unlike others that feature plastic, or steel balls this will not rattle when you move.Easy & intuitive to operate you can work on lung health, repair, and improve capacity all with this one tool. And, it's being sold at an outstanding price, as well.

Not much resistance
I have the brand version of this device (expand-a-lung), but purchased this one because I can take it apart to clean, which I can’t do with the expand-a-lung. This device has very little resistance.
