The product was shipped to me via Amazon Japan because that’s said in the order. They spent time and insurance money to ship across the globe only for the customer to find out the health tracker or smart watch doesn’t work to begin with. Was very disappointed after trying hard on all that’s available for me to set up. No set up actually was available except to find out the version of the operation system or something. I forgot most of it already because it’s been a month after I shipped it back to Japan The touch screen doesn’t have the clock or any clickable icons such as heart rate, pulse, etc. I searched online thinking I could have missed something but no. I found nothing. The manual that came with the watch has only info on how to charge. The same manual found online Why would Xiao Mi , now a electric car maker as well, make such product. This is new product from April this year (2024). Where’s the quality control?

I’ve used this tracker for a little over a year and like it a lot. What I don’t like at all is the app that goes with it. It often won’t sync with the watch, and counts only a portion of my steps on random days. The temperature setting also frequently goes back to C for F on its own. It does not sync accurately with the Apple Health app. And it measures only in kilometers and kilograms; there’s no option for miles and pounds.

MI app shows heatbeat in 30 min bars, very low precision. For my workout the bar is not very different from regular 30 mins. Zepp app shows much better info but it does not support band v.8, only up to v.7 In v.7 it looks better.

V good for monitoring steps and cycling etc. Easy to set up. Not convinced about tracking of sleep. Battery life exceptional. Quite large in size

High quality product. Watch UI is smooth. Strap is a little finicky, but overcomes the problem with the non-Pro strap which easily gets undone. Nonetheless I’m having some regret as I just realised that the 9 Pro is only a few dollars more.

excellent watch and very good GPS. Only downside is very unreliable sleep function, if you are not moving it thinks you are asleep
