Let me tell you, I ADORE when manufacturing/product development actually think about customers and make it easy. And what do I really mean: THE DETAILS!Detail: the Nespresso side, the empty pods compartment. It's bigger and it allows for the liquid to drain away from the pods so that you don't get a mess when emptying. DETAIL! THANK YOU!Detail: The water compartment: good volume to hold and makes it a delight when you are only using the Nespresso side.Detail: The frother and the scoop, hidden and lovely. DETAIL! It's perfect for one off usage.Detail: the ease of use for the drip coffee solid.Detail: Ease of use of the buttons and understanding what to push for what is very easy.Let's cheer for Ninja delighting the customer!

Worked for a few months, then started leaking
Inexplicably leaks coffee from the base of the unit all over the countertop after using a pod. Have cleaned it accordingly to the manual and repeatedly empty the capsule bin. Constant mess and headache. While the combo unit design is exactly what we wanted, I'm extremely disappointed that it has not been a reliable machine for me.

Great value, great coffee
Very satisfied with this little machine. It lets me brew excellent espresso, lungo, latte, etc ... The Nestle capsules are delicious and cost a small fraction of what I'd pay at the coffee shop. Well done, Ninja.

Love this for me
I just opened the box which was damaged but thankfully nothing broken . Just had my first cup of nonburnt coffee and it’s amazing. Even put some nice foam on top .

Great coffee maker.
Easy to use and a great addition to my morning routine. Personally, would have loved for a steam wand instead of solely a frother, but I’m biased as a prior barista. My work around is heating milk up and then frothing it.Will it compete with a coffee-shop? Honestly-no. But for the price point it’s a good quality coffee machine. It’s pretty speedy at coming up to temperature for espresso shots. Doesn’t take up too much counter space. And the drinks I make definitely taste good for at home coffee.Look for nespresso reusable pods to pull your own espresso shots. The pod purchases add up.
