Very good fan quality in this price range.

Just within 2 months of installation the fan started making irritating noises, and few days after that stopped working completely.And after sales service is so pathetic, I ve been following up with them for more than 1.5Month and still they haven’t come for the repair..Please think 100 times before making a purchase of this company.. I wound have given Zero stars if it was an option, but sadly there isn’t, hence giving 1 star 😑

The media could not be loaded. I like the design and minimalism of the fan. Speed was so nice before but one day after a month it started making an irritating noise (video attached). I filed the complaint via WhatsApp (this is what they prefer) I recorded a video and sent.Plot twist!Wondered, when I was downloading the invoice and warranty card, Amazon told me that they've high complaint rate, which they could've told me while buying it but didn't.I got a couple of messages for the complaint registered along with the happy code message which we generally recieve after the service but came before and I was like, when this servicing thing happened??I called the given number named Gaurav Electronics and he said how could it happen and then he asked for fan images (seems like he was unaware about the complaint) I sent him the same video, he came without scheduling a time when I was not present.He told me that bearing sheets and everything have been replaced and fixed. I saw a drastic decrease in the fan speed after that.I bet on this company to see how this start-up is working, they're working fine but needs major improvements in their servicing, product quality and testing. Technician was no nice to me (communication wise), although he came and waited, reached on the location by just following the directions on call.
