I was a bit reluctant to spend £100 on a rug especially when I knew it was going to arrive folded up. The 2.3mtr x 1.60mtr rug arrived in a tiny box which was light as a feather. I feared the worst. Would the creases come out ? Not to worry. The rug is thin enough that the creases don’t really become an issue. The rug unfolded easily and went down on top of another carpet. I could see how this rug would be a little thin on a wooden floor (but wouldn’t slip about due to the sticky foam backing) but with the extra depth of another layer under it the rug looks nice. I like the slightly faded design. It’s a big rug so probably just worth £100.

You need to roll the rug up for a couple of days. Then iron it to get the creases out. Beautiful rug, well worth the effort.

I was unsure whether to buy this rug as it's always shown on a hard wooden floor and we have carpet. We previously had a shaggy rug but it kept gathering all kinds of dirt and tiny Lego pieces which isn't ideal as we have a smaller child who can't be around small pieces. I've always loved the vintage style rugs so thought we would try it and I'm glad we did. The colour goes nicely with our carpet, taupe coloured sofas and dark green walls. It's a very thin rug but very soft, decent quality and easy to vacuum (without any Lego getting stuck!). Bought it on Black Friday deal so happy with the value of it! Would definitely recommend.
