Yet another garlic product I had no concept of. Tastes amazing! I love, love, love cooking with it.

This vinegar is great for marinades for chicken, beef or pork. Smells great and adds lots of flavor.

I do like it just very strong so I use less than I would if it was regular straight vinegar

The media could not be loaded. The product is good, it has a mild flavor making it ideal for vinegar drinks and dressings. It also show it is made of 100% black garlic vinegar which is great.I however only gave the product 3 stars because it comes in a plastic bottle instead of a glass bottle. This is not ideal at all because this is an acidic product. In a time where microplastics have been found throughout our bodies including the brain, such a product, which most will use for health reasons, should not be packaged in plastic. The plastic packaging is also very thin and flexible, and does not have an RIC code indicating the type of plastic it is, which is even more concerning because there is a higher likelihood of leaching.
