As a menopausal woman I was having persistent odor in one armpit that kept coming back, immediately after showering almost, no matter what I used... apparently this is a thing when our hormones are shifting and changing. Having cut my ties with anti-perspirant and detoxed from all that aluminum years ago, I was not willing to go back to a traditional combo like that, but all my trusted natural deodorants, even the one I make on my own, were not helping this particular problem. Lume enters the chat... I was hesitant because of the price, but ordered the scent sampler cream deodorants so I could test out all the scents... and WOW, it totally, 100% took the odor away, and lasts 48-72 hours! I decided on my fave scents and ordered this set of Clean Tangerine (my number one pick)... the stick works just as well as the cream. The magic is in the mandelic acid, which does have a weird scent at first in the cream deoderant, but that 100% goes away once it's on. Here are my favorite scent picks.1. Clean Tangerine, a delicate citrus but really just as it sounds... very clean smelling... not too strong and not too fruity.2. A close second is the Lavender and Sage, only if you love lavender, it is very herby and delicious smelling, a bit stronger than the clean tangerine and heavy on the lavender. I love it.3. Peony Rose, flowery and not too cloying, a bit strong at first but dries down light and floral... very girly.4. Toasted Coconut, many people love this one the most, but for me, I don't love my armpits smelling like food... it's very warm and foody, almost more hazelnut creamer smelling to my nose. It does eventually smell like coconut after a few hours.5. Fresh Alpine, I wanted to like this one more, but it reminds me of a typical, sweet, men's cologne... which I do not mind, it just smells more masculine than I want to smell. It lasted a long time too.6. Cucumber mint... nah, too basic bathroom air freshener smelling for me, and too strong.I did not test the unscented, but that is a great option if you want 0 interference from scents, and the soft powder, because that did not appeal to me at all.

I ordered unscented the first time and it stinks so I only used it a couple times.I ordered the rose scented one and I use it all the time. Under my boobs, under my pregnancy skin flap and down the inside of my thighs.My arm pit detergent was to strong for those sensitive skin areas.Highly recommended.

I’ve tried so many deodorants, and my underarms would start to smell pretty bad after just a couple of hours after showering and applying deodorant. So I finally tried Lume after seeing the ads, and I couldn’t believe how well this worked. No body odor all day and even the next day. I bought toasted coconut which has a musty earthy scent that I do not like, but it does fade away completely within a few minutes which was fine. Unfortunately after several months it was working, but not so well. I then bought the Lume body soap, didn’t work for me. So I decided to try the Lume with “sweat control “(antiperspirant) and still doesn’t work very well FOR ME. I think it just that my body chemistry has changed.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I've been using lume for months now and I love it. This product true to their word. The only thing needs a little improvements on how the scent is. Other than that this product is amazing and works better than others who have jumped on the band wagon

I think the cream works best but goes quickly. The stick deodorant works well on good days, but the cream covers if I had to skip a morning shower. . . just don’t accidentally grab instead of the toothpaste tube because it tastes terrible and I swear the acidifying effects were slightly numbing on my tongue. 😂Great for arm pits & skin—use a light at night so you don’t have the lifelong regret of grabbing this tube instead of toothpaste. . .😣

Well the deodorant stick is nice and has a light lavender scent. I’ve been using for about a week, and can definitely say it does not last even 24 hours. I shower everyday, or at least every other day if I haven’t done anything to get sweaty. I still get that weird hot flash sweat smell though.Now the cream smell is SO gross! It smells like sweaty butt crack right out of the tube. I’m pretty sure it’s not going to stop smelly butt crack, if it already smells like that out of the tube. I would have returned it, but I liked the deodorant and it was a set. Guess I should have returned the set and just ordered the deodorant separately. Did I just get some bad cream?

Before purchasing, I read the fragrance wasn't great. I still decided to take a chance. I am a heavy sweater as I run warm. It does seem to help with order and perspeliration but I don't love the smell. Easy to apply and decent quantity of product. Not sure if I will continue use or not, may try a different scent.
