Beautiful heavy reactive glaze dinner set for 6pax. The colour is stunning! Packaging was brilliant. Small defect in one item. Contacted customer service direct via email provided in box. Automatically sent a replacement. Fantastic customer service. Worth every penny. The first time I've splurged for crockery and I'm wishing I had sooner.The dinner plates are bigger then most. You may struggle to keep them in wall units if that's your plan.

One side dish arrived chipped

First of all, I absolutely love the design of these plates. The blue is gorgeous and the contrast of the black looks great.These presumably arrived from Germany, based on the language on the papers and packaging (apologies if I'm off with that!), they were packaged extremely well with zero defects of damage during shipping.The plates are very big, quite heavy and have a steep lip around the edge which helps keep food on the plate and nowhere else.Very impressed and would love to have bowls and other utensils in a similar style!

Seems good after a few weeks. Time will tell, but at this point very happy.

Like the design ĺip on the edge stops the gravy coming off, the side plates are bigger than normal which is good, the bowls are a good size which I like easy clean in dishwasher not noticed any scratch marks as yet, just be careful not to drop any as they are a good weight could crack a tiled floor. Recommend

Erfüllt seinen Zweck und ist bezüglich Preis-Leistung 5 Sterne wert. Das Geschirrset ist massiv, sieht gut aus und die Teller sind relativ groß (aber erschlagen einen nicht). Ich finde den relativ hohen Rand sehr praktisch und auch farblich sehen sie "in Echt" gut aus.Außerdem muss man den Service von BEMS Ventures sehr loben: mir ist leider ein Teller beim aufwärmen im Ofen kaputt gegangen. Nach einer netten Mail wurde mir sehr schnell und sehr höflich geholfen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Alexandra!

Zestaw ładny, porządny, ale część talerzy ma defekty. Kilkukrotnie kontaktowalem się aby wymienic talerze na bez skaz, ale nikt nie odpowiada. Słaba obsługa klienta.
