The support seems good enough and reachable. Also it being refurbished it’s covered with a 6 months warranty. I’ve only had them for a week now so will only comment on service and warranty down the line. The product is in pristine condition, minimal scratches and most importantly the system is plug and play and ready to use. They are decently specked for an office. Sheer easy to use and really everything you need is provided. The real USP id say was that they all come with OG office and windows so no fuss and all are equipped with a wifi dongle.

I recently purchased a computer from this supplier, and I am compelled to share my experience with potential customers. Initially, I was excited about my new device, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment. The computer’s performance was subpar from the beginning, and to my dismay, it completely stopped working after just one week.I attempted to initiate a return or exchange, only to find out that the return window had already closed. This situation is quite distressing, as I am now left with a defective product that I cannot use or return.I am reaching out through this platform with the hope that supplier will acknowledge this issue and provide a satisfactory resolution. It is crucial for consumers to have confidence in the products they purchase and the customer service that backs them up.I look forward to a prompt response and a fair solution to this matter.

Amazing computer at very low and offer cost, it’s perfect

All is working fine but facing with wifi issue

In span of 3-4 months we replaced power cable, wifi bt attcahemnet, have to repair on urgent basis without technical support as they provide support in 2-3 days. We only bought one computer for our office now it has stopped working , it caused shutting down of electricity of whole office due to short circuit inside the cpu. Also they did not have installed software. It’s seem pirated one. Many times computer just stop working we have to take it to repairs, this happened 5-6 times in 4 months only

The performance of the PC is that great which a 3rd generation intel i5 PC should deliver. The system is slow. Wifi gets disconnected. The monitor is of acer and not of Dell. The CPU is of Dell. The keyboard and the webcam aren't functional.

I purshased through amazon , the PC is not restarting, inspite of various follow up the PC is not repaired. Nor Amazon is helping out.

It is worth and value for money
