I bought several of this type of pen chilling cases, and this one was the winner - at least of the small cases. This is perfect for a day trip, when you want to keep a pen or two cold for the day. It comes with two cooling packs that you throw in the freezer, and I've found that I only need one at a time.I usually throw this in my bigger soft-sided carrier, which I think was originally intended to be a lunch box. All my other supplies are in there, and this goes in there to keep pens cold in my vehicle in the summer heat.You can't put much of anything in it besides pens, but it's perfect for that job, and very well-built. The zipper is like the ones on my Arc'teryx raincoat, and I suspect is a reflection of the high quality of the case.Very happy. Hope this helps!

I had to travel to Mexico and take someMedication I started , it works well but the ice packs are nice but my situation they thawed , so if you will be out maybe you will need double the packs not sure if the will fit but all and I I really like this product good quality and it’s pretty

I was concerned about it not keeping it cold long enough. I froze the ice packs, and put the meds in the case. It lasted 8 hours out of the fridge. The ice packs was melted, but the meds and case inside was still very cool. I didnt test it beyond that because I was able to refrigerate it at that point. The case is durable and compact. I am able to put two pens inside with the ice packs.

although its size is good, its bigger than i thought and its not pocketable in your pants, jackets yes, but its a little bulky

This works perfectly. It keeps the medication cold. I have taken this on multiple trips that required a few hours of traveling. This held up pretty well. It's made of good quality. No issues at all.

This is perfect size to take travel, and carry in your purse or carry-on bag
