Half Finger.I bought these Martial Arts mitts to act as an all-round Gym Glove as well as for the Punch Bag!HARD HITTINGMy hand size is XL, and the fit is just about right. It's tight enough to act like hand-wrapping, which makes punching safer... My wrists didn't roll once! What do I mean by 'roll'? Okay... Sometimes, the fist can collapse at the wrist when hitting a punch bag (or person) with bad technique. Bad technique is not making a strong fist in the first place and not holding the wrist straight. The wrist is like an arrow, and if you allow for the wrist to bend, thus changing the angle of the fist (the arrowhead) and trajectory, This can result in a sprained wrist and a broken hand. So, I found these mitts held my fists and wrists strongly, which promotes good technique.As an all-round Gym Glove, e.g. for lifting weights, exercise machines, etc, they are perfect.CONCLUSIONThe BEAST RAGE! Punch Bag Taekwondo / Karate Mitts Gloves for Men and Women are just what you need in your Gym Bag! Sure, I think the slogan on the mitts is cheesy! I would have preferred a plain black (or any other colour) pair of mitts! Aside from that, I can't find any fault with them.They are made very well. The padding provides good protection for the knuckles. They fit snuggly! They promote good punching technique. I am looking to buy another pair - possibly in white! So, when one pair is in the wash, I have another pair!Recommended.

Using this as bag gloves for a mid weight punch bag. Very well priced product & fit for purpose. Good buy!
